A Bit of Background
Here at Boamah Weikel Foundation, we are driven by a single goal; to do our part in making the world a better place for all children in developing countries, irrespective of ethnic affiliation and or social background - leveraging access to basic education. Our decision making process is informed by comprehensive empirical studies and high quality data evaluation on the correlation between higher education and socio-economic well-being. We strive to build productive relationships and make a positive impact with all of our pursuits.

The Boamah Weikel Foundation is a tax exempt organization formed in 2017 to provide ongoing financial support to students enrolled in institutions (and or to educational institutions) in developing countries, committed to the achievement of academic excellence. Financial support to students is not solely based on aptitude, but also character and effort.

We fund both students and institutions that educate these low income underprivileged children. Our objective is to help provide hope to these children to enable them build confidence over time and advance their individual aspirations while addressing economic inequality. Boamah Weikel Foundation Beneficiaries and Alumni become stewards of economic advancement in their various communities and are expected to be role models for others in their various societies. Educational Grants for Students:
With this initiative, our goal is to provide financial support for students in developing countries who are committed to the achievement of academic excellence in an effort to create upward bound opportunities for the underprivileged. Financial support will not solely be based on aptitude, but also character and effort. The selection criteria for beneficiaries will be determined and decided by the Board on an annual basis.

Educational Grants to Institutions:
Recognizing that educational institutions in developing countries around the world continue to play a critical role in educating children (whether underprivileged or not), we will strenghten our relationships and partnerships with such institutions and fund on-campus innovations that collectively aid in the effective delivery of education.

Global Steward Spotlight
All recipients of funds from the Boamah Weikel Foundation automatically become stewards of our Global effort to impact the lives of underprivileged children through education. On a frequent basis, we will use this portal to share the stories of our "Stewards" and their individual journeys as they grow into leaders of communities and become credible influencers in their respective societies.
